2. Privacy policy

Short version: this website leaves you alone. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies. The long version, per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

2.1 Data controller

Pupupu Kft. (details above) is the controller of any personal data processed in connection with this website and the Contentomato brand.

2.2 What we process, and why

• E-mail correspondence. If you write to us, we process the data you send — typically your name, e-mail address, company and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to you and conducting business. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us).
• Nothing else. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

2.3 The tomato counter

Clicking the site throws tomatoes and increments a counter. That number is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else. It is, frankly, none of our business how many tomatoes you throw.

2.4 Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the page loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, which technically transmits your IP address. If you prefer a version of this site with self-hosted fonts, email us and we'll take it as a compliment.

2.5 How long we keep correspondence

We keep e-mail correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent — for ongoing or potential business, and afterwards as required by Hungarian accounting and tax law where the correspondence relates to a contract (typically 8 years for accounting records).

2.6 Who sees your data

Only the team. Our e-mail is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as data processor. Our website is hosted by Rackhost Zrt. (see above). We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, ever.

2.7 Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@contentomato.com and we'll handle it without drama.

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu — or with the courts.
